Part 2 – Agreement
To maintain agent status client agrees to sign up an average of five or more enrollments per month.
The client firm listed in this agreement will act as agent and forward all documents to the master agent MortgageProcessor.com for processing. MortgageProcessor.com will organize and submit complete files to The Mortgage Maximizer on behalf of agent in exchange for a processing fee of $149.
Any items missing from the package are the responsibility of client to get to MortgageProcessor.com within 96 hours.
If missing items are not corrected within 96 hours of submission to MortgageProcessor.com client agrees to inform borrower that their application has not been accepted and loses the processing fee.
Three or more incomplete applications are grounds for termination of this agreement.
The client firm listed in this agreement will be provided the following:
Presentation material developed by The Mortgage MAXIMIZER, & an enrollment package that is complete and accurate to MortgageProcessor.com.
Upon receipt of enrollment documents, The Mortgage MAXIMIZER will do the following:
Directly furnish the borrower a Verification of Enrollment and Biweekly Debit Date Schedule.
Accurately service the borrower’s loan(s) in accordance with the Enrollment Agreement.
Provide ongoing customer service to all borrowers.
Fee Structure:
The client firm will pay MortgageProcessor.com a fee of $149 per enrolment submitted for processing and submission to corporate. If items or signatures are missing MortgageProcessor.com will contact client via e-mail asking that the package be completed in no more than 96 hours.
The Client firm will pay MortgageProcessor.com a fee of $9.99 for each report ordered online.
The Client Firm may charge the borrower any enrollment fee deemed appropriate.
The Mortgage MAXIMIZER charges each enrolled borrower a transaction fee of $3.95 per debit.
Startup cost:

month.
